Sylvia has accumulated over two decades of professional experience in diverse industries such as Financial, Healthcare, and Information Technology. Despite her Electrical Engineering degree, she started her career as a software developer and gradually transitioned into business and leadership positions. She has worked at prominent companies listed in the S&P 500 and eventually became a Chief of Staff at a global startup.

Having collaborated with senior executives from various industries, Sylvia has developed the essential skills to become a thought leader who can identify effective strategies to empower her clients to strive for excellence.
